Moseley Folk Festival Announces Line-Up! @ Moseley Park, August 31st to September 2nd

Back for the 13th installment of the festival with another jam-packed bill of music from global talent as well as brilliant local artists, Moseley Folk Festival at Moseley Park has just shared detail of the line-up for this year!

The legendary Levellers will celebrate their 30th anniversary with a return (following their appearance in 2016) to headline the opening night. Also on the Friday, three-time BBC Folk Award winners Show Of Hands, some folk-punk from Skinny Lister and renowned folk artist Richard Dawson. Also see High Horses, Corn Potato String Band, Keto and Hannah Johnson & The Broken Hearts.

Over to the Saturday now, and the headliner is singer-songwriter Nick Mulvey; founding member of 2008 Mercury Prize nominated band Portico Quartet. Also on the Saturday see This Is The Kit return, plus Imarhan, Chris Wood and Tiny Ruins, and many more like Jim White, MG Boulter, Ciaran Lavery, Honey Harper, Siobhan Miller, Katherine Priddy and Emma Gatrill.

Last but certainly not least, closing the festival on the Sunday, much-loved Teenage Fanclub will headline, plus King Creosote and a special guest performance from Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel. Founding members of The Be Good Tanyas, Jolie Holland & Samantha Parton join the line-up alongside Bridget St John and one of folk music’s best-known innovators; Martin Carthy. Also see Jim Ghedi, Seamus Fogarty, Jack Blackman, The Lost Notes, Cosmotheka/Merrymaker and Stick In The Wheel.

– Children under 12 years old may enter for free when accompanied by a paying adult over the age of 18.
