FLO – O2 Institute Birmingham – 26 July 2026

FLO have emerged as one of the most electrifying British R&B groups of the decade, with a string of high-profile accolades including a GRAMMY nomination and a coveted BRIT Award already under their belts. The trio – Jorja Douglas, Stella Quaresma and Renée Downer – are gearing up for a run of intimate UK instore shows this July to preview music from their forthcoming second album, “Therapy At The Club”, landing 7 August.

The new album sees FLO lean even further into a slick, confessional sound, reimagining the club as a place for truth, catharsis and empowerment. Recent singles like “Don’t Break Her Heart” showcase their platform for sisterhood and self-discovery, and speak to a generation hungry for bold, honest pop. The track’s playful video, which sees the group running a covert investigative agency, is already making waves online.

Over the last year, FLO have made serious moves on the international stage, becoming the first British girl group in 20 years to bag a GRAMMY nomination in the R&B field, winning Best R&B/Soul Act at the MOBOs, and completing a landmark US headline tour. Their sold-out shows in the UK and across Europe cemented their status as essential live performers.

This July, Birmingham fans can catch FLO up-close at the O2 Institute for a special stripped-back album promo show. Expect lush harmonies, vulnerable stories and a potent mix of old favourites and brand new material.
