Join us in our third year of GLOW Birmingham to fundraise and make a difference.

You can take part solo or get friends and family together as a team. Bring some lights and glowsticks, see some Birmingham sights and unite with others who want to help raise vital funds for people affected by mental ill health.

You will get an exclusive GLOW t-shirt to wear on the day and you will get an exclusive GLOW medal at the finish line!🤩

This 20km walk will take on average, four hours to complete – and you will have support throughout!

Friendly dogs are welcome and can dress up too. Please note children 16 and under can take part but must be accompanied by a guardian age 17 and over at all times.
