Hibushibire is old Japanese slang for freak out orgasm and that’s just what to expect from this psychedelic blues trio from Japan.
We are thrilled to welcome them back to Birmingham as they prepare for their debut, and long-awaited, appearance at the Raw Power festival in London later in May.
Their spectacular 2017 debut album ‘Freak Out Orgasm’ on Riot Season Records was released to universal acclaim and the 2018 UK tour was a non-stop rollercoaster of the same crushing cosmic riffs and hypnotic rolling rhythms – the wouldn’t (or couldn’t) stop playing at their last Birmingham show and the venue was on the verge of pulling the plugs to save their licence!!
This will appeal to fans of Sabbath, Blue Cheer and Acid Mothers Temple – Kawabata Makoto from AMT produced the album and calls Hibushibire the advance party of next generation psychedelic rock band!
