EARLY ACCESS DAY – SATURDAY 22nd JULY 2023 – 3pm-7pm

On Saturday, it’s about the first reveals, those earlybird bargains and a more relaxed vibe. With restricted visitor numbers, there’s more time to chat and network with pros, industry legends and traders. Doors open from 3pm then shut at 7pm so the night can get started in the bars, restaurants and casino.

MAIN DAY – SUNDAY 23rd JULY 2023 – 9.30am-4.30pm

Sunday is the famous ‘day to show and shine’, with the Arrive and Shine being judged alongside the Top 16 Showdown, 60+ trade stands running flat out, guest speakers live on stage and then the prizegiving to reveal who’s won what. This is the Waxstock you know and love, turned up to 11.

TOP 16 SHOWDOWN ENTRY AND SELECTION

Every year, we invite the best detailed cars in the UK to take part in the Waxstock Top 16 Showdown; out of the 32 entrants, we select 16 to battle it out for the honour of taking home the most coveted trophy in the car care arena. The remaining 16 are displayed inside on Saturday along with a selection of other indoor Arrive and Shine entrants on Sunday. If you think your car is good enough choose SHOWDOWN INDOOR COMPETITION ENTRY instead of a general admission ticket (one entry only per person, any passengers with you will simply need a weekend admission ticket). Note that Showdown Indoor Competition Entry tickets are extremely limited; if all tickets have gone, sorry, you’ll need to try again in 2024.

GOT KIDS?

Waxstock is not a kid’s day out – there are far more suitable events – but we appreciate that detailers start young and parents often have childcare commitments. Under 4s are free and we do child tickets at a concessionary rate for 4-14 year olds.

PARKING IS FREE

DO NOT PAY for parking at the Arena. Yes, there are ticket machines. Yes, there are barriers. But we hate paying for parking at events and have paid an undisclosed sum to the Arena to make parking free for the open hours of the event for attendees. This may not cover trade visitors arriving early or people staying overnight, but for most visitors to our show, parking is on us. Our little gift to you for coming along.
